Job Summary:

Inspire Management Training Centre is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our training programs and services. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our client base and increasing revenue for the training centre.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

·        Identify potential business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

·        Develop and implement strategic plans to generate new leads and expand the client base.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their training needs and offering tailored solutions.

·        Conduct market research to identify target sectors, industries, and geographical areas for business development.

·        Generate sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

·        Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our training programs and services.

·        Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution of training programs.

·        Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.

·        Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using CRM software.

 

Required Skills:

·        Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the training or education industry.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

·        Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·        Ability to understand clients' needs, identify solutions, and present compelling proposals.

·        Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify business opportunities and overcome challenges.

·        Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

·        Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

·        Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

·        Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

·        Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

 

Education:

·        Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.

 

Experience:

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

·        Experience in the training or education industry is highly desirable.
